Your responsibilities will include: * Activity organization: Plan, coordinate, and complete projects, ensuring necessary resources are available and objectives are met, always with a human-centered approach. * Entity outreach: Identify and engage organizations to promote and inform them about the various projects we manage. * Goal-oriented work: Achieve weekly targets focused on completing activities. * Internal collaboration: Work closely with different departments to ensure all activities align with the organization’s mission and reflect our values of inclusion and equity. * Project monitoring: Oversee the entire activity lifecycle, from planning to evaluation, continuously seeking ways to improve and adapt to the needs of the people we serve. **WHAT AWAITS YOU AT CIBERVOLUNTARIOS?** * Contract: Full-time indefinite contract, with a probation period according to regulations. * Working hours: 35 hours per week, promoting work-life balance. * Schedule: Monday to Thursday from 09:00\-18:30h with a 45-minute break / Monday to Friday from 8:00\-15:00h with a 15-minute break * Salary: 18\.000 gross euros annually.
