Position Summary: We are seeking a proactive and leadership-capable Shift Supervisor or Team Leader to coordinate, supervise, and resolve incidents in a dynamic production environment. Leadership position with organizational capability In Lardero, we are looking for a person to fill the position of Shift Supervisor or Team Leader. Responsibilities include coordinating and supervising team activities, properly guiding the production process, monitoring any incidents that arise and resolving them, as well as other duties inherent to the role. This is a full-time contract of 40 hours per week, scheduled from Monday to Sunday on a rotating shift basis (morning, afternoon, and night), with working hours between 06:00 and 22:00. Statutory rest periods are respected. This position involves working in a dynamic environment and requires individuals with strong organizational and leadership skills to manage daily production challenges. * Prior experience as a Team Leader performing the described duties. * We seek a responsible and proactive individual. * Proximity of residence to the workplace is desirable. * A vehicle is required for commuting.
