Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to carry out administrative operations, managing transportation incidents, domestic returns, and creating logistics KPIs to optimize supplier performance. At Vinarchy, we are looking for the person responsible for executing the administrative operations related to the assigned position, with the majority of this role focusing on managing transportation incidents and handling domestic returns. This person will also be responsible for creating and measuring logistics KPIs to monitor the performance of each carrier engaged, with the aim of identifying process improvements and/or adding/removing logistics providers from the supplier portfolio. In parallel, they will actively support the Transport Coordinator in daily operational tasks including transportation procurement, coordination of truck loading/unloading, order preparation/picking, third-party replenishment, and monitoring compliance with rates established by various logistics providers. **Main Responsibilities:** * Manage transportation incidents in the domestic market (large retail platforms, distributor warehouses, grocery stores, etc.). * Create performance indicators for various logistics operators (rates, on-time and in-full deliveries, penalties incurred, etc.). * Conduct ad\-hoc analysis of domestic transportation for the Logistics Center Manager. * Support daily transportation scheduling (management of shipments/shipments out and replenishment/shipments in). * Support customer order preparation: manage and release orders into the WMS for warehouse preparation. * Proactively communicate transportation incidents (breakages, delays, issues, etc.) to Customer Service. * Support internal transportation management (transfers of Finished Goods between production plants and the Logistics Center). * Support invoice review and recording (transportation, general, etc.). * Support control of movements at the Logistics Center (receipts, dispatches, reservations, etc.), as well as any other movement affecting Finished Goods stock levels. * Support pallet inventory control (CHEP, various formats, etc.). * Actively participate in departmental tasks, demonstrating a proactive and initiative-driven attitude. * Collaborate with the team to achieve set objectives. * Analyze and resolve problems efficiently, proposing solutions and improvements. * Contribute to continuous improvement of processes and working methodologies. * Promote and maintain awareness of energy management practices, respecting and ensuring adherence to prevention procedures, food safety instructions, quality, and environmental standards. * Comply with QSE system requirements (Quality, Occupational Safety, and Environment) and those established for Operational Excellence development. **Desired Profile:** * Degree in International Trade, Business Administration, or related field. * Experience in Logistics. * Experience in FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods). * Experience with proprietary systems of logistics providers. * Experience in KPI management. * Advanced English proficiency. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). * Goal-oriented. * Customer-focused. * Team player.
