Job Summary: We are seeking an Oracle EPM Technical Lead to drive global governance and evolution of our corporate financial platform, ensuring support for strategic processes. Key Highlights: 1. At Prosegur, we are looking for an Oracle EPM Technical Lead to lead the global governance and evolution of our corporate financial platform. The position is based in Madrid, with a hybrid work model (combining remote work and office attendance). **What will be your mission?** Your mission will be to lead the stability, evolution, and continuous improvement of the Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) platform globally, ensuring it supports the company’s strategic financial processes and coordinating external consultants reporting to you. You will serve as the technical and governance reference for Oracle EPM, defining its roadmap and ensuring proper adoption of new capabilities—including advanced features and AI. **What will your responsibilities be?** * Ensure the platform efficiently supports corporate financial processes. * Define, maintain, and evolve the Oracle EPM governance model. * Supervise and coordinate first-level support for current modules: Financial Consolidation, Reporting, Budgeting and Planning, Profitability, and Account Reconciliation (ARCS). * Manage second-level support with external partners and coordinate incident resolution. * Prioritize enhancements, improvements, and maintenance tasks, ensuring service levels, availability, and performance. * Define and maintain the medium- and long-term global Oracle EPM roadmap. * Identify opportunities to optimize financial processes, enhance existing functionalities—including AI capabilities—and introduce new modules. * Ensure quality of deliverables, adherence to deadlines, and budget control for enhancements and new projects. * Define change management, release, and platform governance processes. * Guarantee appropriate documentation, knowledge transfer, and process order in solution management. **What are we looking for?** * Solid experience working with Oracle EPM Cloud, ideally in one or more of the following modules: * Profitability and Cost Management * Account Reconciliation (ARCS) * Financial Consolidation and Close * Reporting * Planning / Budgeting * In-depth knowledge of financial and controlling processes. * Leadership capability, effective communication, and strategic vision. * Analytical profile, with strong prioritization skills and a continuous improvement mindset. * High level of English proficiency. **What do we offer?** * Join an international team present in 36 countries. * Work in a dynamic environment with an excellent workplace culture. * Participate in strategic and global financial transformation projects. * A personalized career plan and access to top-tier training through Prosegur Corporate University. * Flexible working hours and social benefits via Reflex. * Global Wellbeing Program. * Collaborate with our Foundation to contribute to a fairer society. **Our Purpose and Our Values** “Caring for people and businesses to make the world a safer place, while staying at the forefront of innovation” has inspired us for over 40 years.
