We are looking for **a Cook/Chef with event catering experience** to join one of our centers in La Rioja. The selected candidate will be responsible for planning, preparing, and presenting meals for large groups, ensuring food quality and safety at all times. **Responsibilities:** * Develop culinary preparations, ensure compliance with defined menus and technical specifications, and implement good practices. * Prepare standard and adapted menus and diets. * Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure proper organization and workflow. * Supervise inventory of ingredients and supplies, placing orders as needed. * Ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety regulations — APPCC recordkeeping. * Perform cleaning and maintenance tasks in the work area, and monitor the use of equipment, materials, and utensils. * Train new team members on kitchen practices and company procedures. **We offer:** * Schedule: morning and/or afternoon shifts, depending on events. * Salary according to the Collective Agreement for Catering Services. * **Temporary or fixed-term discontinuous contract.** * Immediate incorporation. * Opportunity to work within a collaborative and dynamic team. * Join a leading company that values and rewards employees’ effort and dedication: continuous training plan, social benefits, professional development.
