Your work will enable projects to progress confidently, reducing risks and elevating the technical quality of every proposal. **On a day-to-day basis:** * You will develop calculations, drawings, and technical documentation for construction and installation projects. * You will provide technical support to engineers, technical offices, and clients, helping define the optimal solution for each case. * You will apply technical judgment to ensure safe, efficient, and accurately specified solutions. ### **What will make you successful in this position** **Solid technical foundation: Education in building or engineering** Your education in **Technical Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Building Engineering** will enable you to understand projects from structural and construction perspectives, delivering solutions grounded in sound technical reasoning. **Initial experience providing context (2\-3 years)** Prior exposure to construction sites, projects, or calculations will help you adapt quickly and deliver value from the outset. **Analytical capability and solution orientation** You will enjoy solving technical challenges, proposing viable alternatives, and making decisions based on sound judgment. **Interest in learning and specialization** The technical environment evolves constantly, and here you can grow if you are motivated to keep developing professionally. **Strong technical communication skills** You will be able to clearly explain solutions to both engineers and clients, building confidence in every proposal. ### **Take the next step in your technical career** If you want to evolve into a role where applying your knowledge delivers real impact on projects and clients, you will find here the environment, the team, and the challenges to do so.
