Catalonia Hotels \& Resorts is looking for a SECOND CHEF to join the kitchen team at our CATALONIA GRANADA hotel. Main responsibilities include: \- Performing Head Chef duties in the Head Chef's absence \- Coordinating the assigned kitchen station or section \- Supporting, monitoring, and implementing directives from the Head Chef \- Preparing dishes and supervising their finishing and presentation \- Supervising cleanliness and hygiene in the assigned kitchen area and ensuring tools and facilities are in perfect condition \- Coordinating staff under supervision, allocating tasks according to workload; assisting in staff training \- Participating in inventory control, storage, and preservation of supplies ### **Requirements** REQUIREMENTS \- Professional culinary education \- Experience in gourmet restaurants \- Proactivity, dynamism, leadership \- Willingness to reside abroad \- Positive attitude, teamwork, initiative, results orientation.
