Position Summary: An Architect is sought for tasks related to urban planning and management, permit processing, and municipal asset administration, in accordance with the instructions of the local authority. Municipal asset administration A professional is required for the position of Architect in SALTERAS. Main responsibilities include performing technical tasks related to urban planning and management, as well as processing permits, enforcing urban discipline, and administering municipal assets. Additionally, the role involves technical management of urban activities in compliance with current planning regulations, following the instructions of the local authority. This is a full-time interim contract with morning working hours and some flexibility. The offered remuneration is €3,031 per month. To be eligible for this position, candidates must be registered with the official Architects' Association and hold the official Master's degree qualifying them to practice Architecture. As an exception to the Master's requirement, the official university degree of Bachelor in Architecture will be accepted.
