SAAR Quality Technician (ORIGINIA FOODS)

**SAAR** We are a company in full expansion phase, part of the SAMCA Group, dedicated to the production and marketing of ultra-frozen vegetables, using the best selection of vegetables from our own farms located in the Ebro Valley and the most innovative IQF (Individual Quick Freezing) technology. **YOUR MISSION** Our Quality Technician plays a key role in performing the following functions: * Verification of internal control equipment (incubators, thermometers, scales, etc) * Training new employees in Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Hygiene Practices (GHP) * Communication and awareness of incidents with customers and suppliers to plant personnel * Labeling verification, package sealing and stability verification, cleaning records verification, satellite concentration control, foreign body control records verification, infrastructure control records verification, blocked product stock control and updating, quality control of stock and batch assignment in deliveries and packaging. The work team You will become part of SAAR's Quality team based in Ejea de los Caballeros. **WHAT WILL MAKE YOU SUCCEED AS A QUALITY TECHNICIAN** * Technical education in Food Science and Technology, Food Industry, or Chemistry. * 3 to 5 years of experience in quality roles within the food industry. * Advanced knowledge of quality management systems such as IFS/BRC. * Fluent level of English, both spoken and written. * Ability to work in a team, effective communication skills, strategic planning, and problem-solving capabilities. * Valid class B driver's license and access to a vehicle, as well as availability to work on-site in Ejea de los Caballeros. * Proactive attitude, adaptability, and commitment to excellence. **OUR OFFER** As a Quality Technician, you will find: * The opportunity to join a strong, financially sound, and diversified business group with nearly 1,000 million euros in revenue and a human team of approximately 4,500 people.
