Job Description Summary
Perform maintenance on industrial, laboratory, medical, and therapeutic gas installations at customer sites, applying safety, quality, environmental, and IMS standards, and delivering customer service in accordance with Air Liquide Group procedures.
Ensure continuous and safe supply through preventive and corrective interventions, including 24\/7 support where applicable.
Install gas distribution systems—industrial, laboratory, and medical—for customers, covering both supply sources and internal distribution elements within hospital facilities.
Supply and deliver gases to hospital and industrial service centers.
**How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?**
**1\. OPERATE INSTALLATIONS IN COMPLIANCE WITH CONTRACTUAL REQUIREMENTS, OPERATIONAL OBJECTIVES, DEADLINES, AND MANAGEMENT**
* Optimal and safe operation of installations to achieve defined objectives.
* Compliance with contractual requirements where applicable: organize, supervise, and control one's own work.
* Execute the preventive and corrective maintenance plan for the installation according to defined maintenance schedules.
* Adherence to operational procedures for the Activity.
* Proposal of corrective actions in case of identified deviations.
* Use of spare parts stock in accordance with Activity instructions.
* Diagnosis, reporting, and correction of faults.
* Professional and appropriately sensitive interaction with internal and external customers.
* Connection of conditioned gas cylinders to distribution centers and reserve units.
* Supply and on\-site delivery of conditioned gases and liquids.
* Installation of supply sources (tanks, compressors, cylinder banks, etc.).
* Installation of distribution systems for medical, industrial, or laboratory gases (piping).
* Basic interventions involving replacement of therapeutic gas equipment and other devices.
* Copper and stainless steel pipe welding, where applicable.
* Selection of cylinders; preparation of orders; registration of production data in relevant systems.
* Operation of forklift trucks; handling of cylinders; loading and unloading of trucks; stock inventory counting.
**2\. COMPLIANCE WITH LEGAL REQUIREMENTS AND GROUP POLICIES ON SAFETY, QUALITY, ENVIRONMENT, SYSTEMS, PROCESSES, AND OBJECTIVES**
* Compliance with external and internal Group regulations regarding Safety, Quality, Environment, and IMS.
* Identification and implementation of innovations and initiatives aimed at improving customer satisfaction.
* Ensuring traceability of interventions performed on installations, in line with defined policies.
* Compliance with applicable procedures for the Activity.
* Identification of process improvement and efficiency initiatives.
**3\. SUPPORT AND COORDINATION WITH OTHER ACTIVITIES**
* Participation in the 24\-hour service, distributed across on\-call shifts, with hourly availability and mobility.
* Support to technical teams from other Activities or other geographic areas.
* Identification and communication of new business opportunities.
* Technical support to the commercial team.

**Education**
Completed high school diploma or Medium Level Vocational Training, with professional experience, or an equivalent Professional Certification
**Discipline**
Electrical, electronic, or mechanical field
**Experience**
One year of experience in a similar position
