Collaborate with engineering and production to optimize efficiency. **Guardian Industries Navarra S.L.** is seeking to hire a **4-Shift Maintenance Supervisor** to join our Maintenance and Reliability Department at our Tudela (Navarra) facility. You will be responsible for leading and managing the maintenance team to ensure safe, efficient, and effective maintenance of plant equipment and facilities. This role involves coordinating maintenance activities, providing technical guidance, and ensuring compliance with operational and safety standards. The Maintenance Supervisor plays a key role in minimizing downtime and maximizing equipment reliability. **Responsibilities** * Exercise influential leadership to support the organization as we advance our Principles-Based Management (PBM) culture. * Lead, guide, and develop a team of maintenance technicians who will work alongside you under a 4-shift work schedule. * Develop, implement, and oversee preventive maintenance programs to reduce equipment downtime and extend asset life. * Promote a safety culture and ensure all maintenance activities are performed in accordance with safety regulations and company policies. * Collaborate with other departments—including engineering, transformation, and production—to identify opportunities for process improvement, problem resolution, and implementation of best practices to enhance maintenance efficiency and effectiveness. * Accurately record maintenance activities in the plant’s Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) system. * Supervise on-site subcontractors. **Requirements** * Availability to work rotating 4-shifts: Morning–Afternoon–Night. * Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train team members to achieve objectives. * Demonstrated technical knowledge in maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of industrial equipment, machinery, and facilities. * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints. * Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS), computer systems, and MS Office applications. * Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and effectively manage multiple tasks. * High commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement of maintenance processes and procedures. * Fluent English **Preferred Qualifications** * Mechanical Engineer (mechatronics, machinery) or Electrical Engineer preferred. * Advanced vocational training (Grado Superior) with industrial experience is desirable. * Experience working in an industrial manufacturing environment **About Us** As a Koch company, Guardian Glass is one of the world’s largest manufacturers of float glass, value-added glass products, and fabricated glass.
