Your role will be essential in ensuring the quality and safety of the products delivered to our customers. Among your responsibilities, you will carry out sterilization cycles according to established control points, ensuring correct thermal treatment for each batch. You will also closely monitor the entire process, performing measurements and verifications to confirm compliance with specifications. Maintaining detailed records of your activities and promptly reporting any incidents to the quality team will be essential. Experience operating autoclaves and similar machinery will be valued. We seek a responsible, detail-oriented, and quality-focused individual capable of working both independently and as part of a team. We offer a stable working environment in the agri-food sector. Minimum 1 year of experience in similar roles within the food or industrial sector. Knowledge of thermal processes, autoclaves, or sterilization is required.
