Nursing Assistant

Description

We are seeking a nursing assistant to work in a senior residence, providing basic care and attention to residents and collaborating with the healthcare team. In this case, work will be carried out on weekends. \- Perform personal hygiene and grooming for residents. \- Assist with mobility and postural changes. \- Help residents with basic activities of daily living. \- Attend to residents’ basic needs following instructions from the healthcare team. \- Provide close, respectful, and resident-centered care focused on each individual’s well-being. \- Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team in daily care and assistance tasks. \- Ensure residents’ hygiene, comfort, and safety. \- Maintain an empathetic and respectful attitude toward those under care. * Minimum 6 months of experience. Prior experience in caring for elderly individuals—especially in residences or assisted-living facilities—is highly valued. Experience in personal hygiene assistance, mobility support, postural changes, and support with basic activities of daily living is also valued. * Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or equivalent qualification. * Catalan (spoken advanced, written advanced) * Spanish (spoken advanced, written advanced) * Competencies / knowledge: \- Vocation and orientation toward elderly care. \- Empathy, patience, and respectful demeanor. \- Ability to work effectively in a team. \- Responsibility and commitment to assigned tasks. \- Adaptability to residents’ changing needs. \- Basic knowledge of hygiene, mobility assistance, and care for dependent individuals. \- Ability to work in an organized manner and follow center protocols. * Permanent employment contract * Intensive work schedule * Gross monthly salary ranging from '1221' to '1300' * Additional relevant information: Permanent employment contract. Intensive work schedule according to assigned shifts and the center’s operational needs.
