The position focuses on daily operations within a logistics warehouse in the food sector. Key responsibilities include managing and preparing orders for subsequent distribution. This requires active physical work and meticulous attention to detail, ensuring each order is completed accurately and efficiently to maintain quality standards and delivery deadlines. The work environment is dynamic and collaborative, where coordination with the rest of the team is essential for the success of warehouse operations. We seek a person who contributes to the efficient flow of goods—from receipt to dispatch—while adhering to established safety and hygiene procedures. This role is critical within the supply chain, ensuring products reach their destination in perfect condition and on schedule. Working hours are organized into shifts, which may be morning (6:00–14:00) or afternoon (14:00–22:00). The schedule runs from Monday to Saturday, with one weekday off granted on a rotating basis. Holidays worked will be compensated with a specific premium. Additionally, the company offers various salary bonuses based on productivity, seniority, or other established criteria. Completion of Compulsory Secondary Education is mandatory. Prior experience in order preparation tasks—commonly known as picking and packing—is considered an asset. The ideal candidate should be agile, responsible, and possess strong communication skills to integrate effectively and work collaboratively within a team.
