As 4 positions remain unfilled, the application deadline has been extended from 05/11/2025 to 10/11/2025 at 23:59 (peninsular time). **Work Location** -------------------- * Barcelona **Functions and Responsibilities** ---------------------- * Review technical-administrative documentation of subsidy applications during both awarding and justification phases. * Verify compliance with requirements of public aid according to regulations. * Prepare and manage requests. * Support coordination tasks. * Review reports and budgets, as well as regulatory compliance. **Specific Requirements** -------------------------- Meeting the requirements must be justified by attaching the following documents in the "Attachments" section of the application (or during the process), as applicable: * Official academic qualification or proof of payment of fees for issuance of the academic degree. * Employment record and/or employment contract that verifies and certifies the required professional experience. * Internship attachments that verify and certify the required academic experience, where applicable. ### **Education** #### **Qualification** * Hold a Bachelor's degree (BUP/COU), FP I or CFGM, FP II or CFGS (qualification homologated in Spain or equivalence certificate issued by the General Secretariat of Universities) or extensive experience (professional, academic, or both) of at least 6 months in the functions of the position. #### **Languages** * Catalan, Minimum Level B2 (level will be verified during the selection process). ### **Other Essential Requirements** * Proficiency in Excel and Word at user level. **Merits (Evaluable)** ------------------------ ### **Education** #### **Languages** * Catalan Level: C1 ### **Other Meritorious Factors** * Proven professional experience in managing and processing subsidy applications. * Previous work experience in processing requests. * Prior experience within the Tragsa Group or working with Public Administrations. * Knowledge or prior experience with the MOVES program, or in energy efficiency. **Observations** ----------------- * OFFERED Fixed-term contract of approximately 2 years, with possibility of extension if applicable, respecting the maximum duration limits established in current labor legislation for each contractual modality.
