Direct impact on global reforestation Description I am collaborating with a Barcelona-based company with nearly 20 years of history that has built the largest global SaaS reforestation platform: over 40 million trees planted across more than 50 countries. A mature product with real, measurable impact. The company is fully transforming into an AI-agent-oriented organization. The goal is for each operational area (sales, operations, monitoring, reporting) to operate using specialized, automated agents. This is not "adding AI to the product"—it is redefining how the entire company functions. They seek a Senior Platform Engineer with independent technical judgment and a real voice in architectural decisions. Someone who not only designs and implements these systems but also identifies areas suitable for automation and proposes concrete initiatives. Day-to-day responsibilities: * Map operational workflows and identify automation opportunities * Design and implement modular backend services with clear orchestration logic * Adopt a data-first mindset: model data before writing code * Rapidly prototype, then industrialize * Take ownership of your domain’s architecture, with direct business impact Team of 5 senior engineers, quality-focused. You’ll have unlimited budget for AI tools (Claude, Cursor, etc.).
