Job Summary: We are looking for a professional to manage procurement and purchasing activities, coordinating with various departments and ensuring quality and efficiency throughout the supply chain. Stable working environment with a positive workplace atmosphere #### **What will you do on a daily basis?** * Identify and plan supply requirements by monitoring factory stock levels, analyzing consumption patterns, and forecasting short- and medium-term needs. * Execute the procurement process with suppliers: purchase planning, price and terms negotiation, and tracking of the purchasing plan. * Close and control monthly budgets in direct coordination with the Accounting Department. * Conduct cost analysis: monitor price trends, identify variances, and propose improvement opportunities. * Ensure compliance with Quality Department requirements and standards (minimum shelf life, material type and format, associated documentation). * Track purchase orders to ensure timely receipt and adherence to agreed terms. * Manage supplier relationships with a focus on optimizing pricing, payment terms, and order volumes. * Resolve supplier-related issues (documentation, returns, errors, etc.). * Daily coordination with Production, Quality, Logistics, and Accounting departments. #### **What will make you succeed at Wild Balance?** * Degree in International Trade, Logistics, Supply Chain or related field. * Additional training related to supply chain, procurement, or business management. * Intermediate-to-advanced level of English, both spoken and written. * Prior experience in procurement and/or supply (experience in production or industrial environments is desirable). * Basic knowledge or experience in logistics, import/export operations. * Intermediate/advanced Excel skills and strong office software proficiency, with ability to adapt to internal ERP systems. * Strong communication and negotiation skills, high attention to detail, and excellent organizational abilities are highly valued. #### **Why join our team?** * You’ll hold a key and cross-functional role with direct contact across departments (Production, Quality, Logistics, and Accounting). * Join a dynamic team offering real growth opportunities. * Enjoy a stable working environment with a positive workplace atmosphere. * Competitive compensation aligned with your experience. * Benefit from an exclusive discount on our products—because caring for your loved ones is part of our purpose too. #### **Who are we?** **Our Purpose:** If you’ve made it this far, you’re likely seeking more than just an ordinary job.
