We are looking for a responsible, committed, and leadership-capable individual to join our team at a food-sector company located in Vilassar de Dalt. The selected candidate will combine operational kitchen duties with team coordination during their shift, playing a critical role in ensuring proper production, compliance with quality, hygiene, and safety standards, as well as fostering a positive work environment. - Preparation of meals following established recipes and procedures. \- Organization and supervision of the team during the shift, ensuring appropriate task distribution. \- Ensuring compliance with quality, hygiene, and food safety standards. \- Maintaining cleanliness and order across all work areas. \- Correct and safe use of kitchen machinery and utensils. \- Supporting the packaging and distribution department when required. \- Adhering to directives issued by the center’s responsible person. \- Resolving operational incidents occurring during the shift. \- Actively contributing to a positive work environment and team cohesion. * Experience: 5 years. \- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar position or in collective catering, hospitality, or industrial food-sector kitchens. \- Prior experience in team management or coordination. \- Completion of primary education. \- Spanish: advanced spoken and written proficiency. * Spanish (advanced spoken, advanced written) * Competencies / Knowledge: \- Leadership and organizational ability. \- Punctuality and commitment to the role. \- Ability to accurately follow and enforce instructions. \- Willingness to learn and improve processes. \- Ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene. \- Teamwork and proactive attitude. \- Flexibility to support various areas as service needs require. * Vehicle availability * Permanent employment contract * Full-time schedule
