A construction renovation and rehabilitation company based in Castelldefels is seeking bricklayers (1st or 2nd class) with a high level of Spanish proficiency. The selected candidate will be responsible for executing construction works, carrying out the duties typical of a skilled tradesperson: job planning, material inspection, layout and technical execution of walls, partitions, enclosures, etc.; preparation and application of concrete mortars and other materials; supervision of correct installation of flooring, cladding, and interior and exterior finishes, etc. The candidate will coordinate with other professionals involved on-site to ensure compliance with technical standards regarding quality, safety, and occupational health, maintaining order and cleanliness at the worksite and contributing to the proper organization and timely execution of work as stipulated in project schedules. \- Job planning, material inspection, layout, and technical execution of walls, partitions, enclosures, etc. \- Preparation and application of concrete mortars and other materials; supervision of correct installation of flooring, cladding, and interior and exterior finishes, etc. \- Coordination with other professionals involved on-site to ensure compliance with technical standards regarding quality, safety, and occupational health, maintaining order and cleanliness at the worksite and contributing to the proper organization and timely execution of work as stipulated in project schedules. * Minimum 24 months’ experience.
