We are currently seeking a **Senior Architectural Designer** for our **Barcelona** offices to join our team and participate in national and international projects. **What will your mission be in this role?** As a **Senior Architectural Designer**, you will participate in the development and management of **hospitality** and **hotel** architectural projects, contributing from the design stage through to the **execution phase**. **What responsibilities will you assume on a day-to-day basis?** * Project leadership, including resource planning, scheduling, and team coordination. * Simultaneous management of multiple national and international projects. * Acting as the primary client contact point, understanding their needs and translating them into architectural solutions. * Participating in client meetings and consultations to ensure alignment with their expectations. * Close coordination with the in-house 3D team to ensure accurate project visualization when required. * Implementation of quality controls to guarantee project standards. * Review of project deliverables to ensure accuracy and compliance with specifications. * Coordination with contractors and clients to ensure proper project development. * Fostering a collaborative work environment by supporting junior profiles and promoting their professional growth. **What are we looking for in you?** * University degree in Architecture or equivalent qualification. * Minimum of 5 years’ professional experience in the sector. * Experience in hospitality and hotel projects will be especially valued. * Proficiency in drafting executive projects, quality reports, and tender processes. * Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD 2D and design software such as InDesign, SketchUp, and Photoshop. * Experience in construction site management. * Willingness to travel as required by project needs. * High level of English. * Knowledge of French will be considered an asset. * A current portfolio must be attached. **What qualities will make the difference?** * Ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams. * Initiative, proactivity, and commitment to continuous improvement. * Efficient organization and workload management, with adaptability. * Technical rigor and attention to detail. * Positive and solution-oriented attitude. **What do we offer you?** * Indefinite-term contract and compensation package commensurate with experience. * Flexible working hours and intensive Fridays twice per month. * Participation in high-impact strategic projects within a global company. * Continuous training and language courses to support your professional development. * Flexible compensation plan (meal vouchers, transportation, childcare). * Health insurance with special conditions for employees (voluntary enrollment). * The opportunity to join a diverse team with an open and inclusive culture. * Well-located offices in Barcelona, designed to foster collaboration. * Team-building activities and events. * Well-being initiatives, such as weekly fruit distribution. **Join our team** and become part of the next generation of **G4 Group** projects.
