We are seeking an Administrative Assistant for user support in the Radiology Department of the Hospital del Mar centers. Offer validity: April 16, 2026. Call reference code: 03/2026 • Functional reporting line: Administrative and Patient Management Coordinator of the Diagnostic Imaging and Nuclear Medicine Services. 4\. Main duties of the position include, among others: • Telephone assistance. • Patient admission. • Scheduling of examinations. • Mail management. • Handling of inquiries and complaints. • Archiving of records and documentation of the department. • Compliance with quality, safety, data protection, and environmental directives established in Radiology. * Experience: 2 years. Minimum demonstrable experience of 2 years in user support within the healthcare sector. * Catalan (spoken: intermediate, written: intermediate) * Permanent employment contract * Full-time schedule * Other relevant information: • Actual working hours and schedule distribution: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 2:00 PM, complemented to full-time through a rotating daytime on-call shift of 13 hours, and one weekend every four weeks (Saturday or Sunday). • Remuneration: As stipulated in the applicable collective bargaining agreement. • Contract duration: Indefinite. • Contract start date: Immediate incorporation.
