A culture of transparency, autonomy, and responsibility If you are passionate about fashion and want to experience the entire collection development process from the very beginning, this position is for you!! **RESPONSIBILITIES:** Reporting directly to the Technical Department Manager at our offices in Mataró, you will be responsible for conducting fittings of collection samples to carry out necessary adjustments ensuring a perfect fit aligned with the brand’s standards. * The main function is to try on collection garment prototypes for taking measurements and adjustments required by the Design and/or Patternmaking teams. * Maintain and adhere to required body measurements within the specified range. * Depending on workload, provide support to the technical team with tasks such as garment measurement, sample organization, or minor administrative duties. * During specific, critical phases of collection development, demonstrate flexibility in working hours to accommodate the volume of required fittings. **REQUIREMENTS:** We are seeking a person with sensitivity toward fashion and a proactive attitude.
