Job Summary: We are seeking a parts inspector and quality controller for the automotive sector, with adaptability to rotating shifts and strong motivation. Key Highlights: 1. Opportunity to propose process improvements We need a person to perform parts inspection and quality control tasks in the automotive sector. The candidate must be able to work at least two shifts, rotating among morning, afternoon, and night shifts, and must have a good command of Spanish. Having a personal vehicle is important to facilitate commuting to the worksite, as public transportation access may be limited. No specific academic training is required; candidates with basic education and strong motivation are suitable for this position. The working schedule will be full-time, 40 hours per week, and shifts will be as mentioned above. Main responsibilities include ensuring parts meet quality standards. Adaptability to varying work paces and initiative to propose process improvements will be valued. Immediate availability for at least two shifts, high level of Spanish proficiency, personal vehicle, education without formal academic qualifications.
