DESCRIPTION Eosol Group is seeking a Wind Turbine Mechanical Assembly Technician with Intermediate Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) Technician certification to join our team. This position involves a 9-month contract and requires at least two years of prior experience in mechanical assembly, preferably within the wind energy sector. Our commitment to sustainability and innovation drives us to seek talent that shares our vision of a cleaner energy future. **Job Responsibilities:** * Assembling and installing mechanical components in wind turbines. * Supervising and executing assembly tasks according to drawings and technical specifications. * Verifying and adjusting mechanical equipment. * Actively identifying and correcting potential incidents or defects. * Strictly complying with occupational health and safety regulations in all activities. * Collaborating with other departments to ensure proper project execution. * Performing basic maintenance of tools and equipment. * Preparing assembly reports and documentation of completed activities. * Participating in training and capacity-building programs offered by the company. **Job Requirements:** * Medium- or higher-level Vocational Training (FP) in Mechanics, Electricity, Maintenance, or related fields. * **Intermediate-level Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) Technician certification.** * Demonstrable experience of at least two years in mechanical assembly, preferably in the wind energy sector. * Knowledge of and ability to apply occupational health and safety regulations. * Ability to interpret mechanical drawings and technical schematics. * Proficiency in using hand and power tools. * Skill in operating lifting equipment and specialized assembly tools. * Valid Class B driver’s license. * Willingness and ability to travel and work at various locations. * Proactive, responsible attitude and ability to work effectively in teams. * Capacity to learn and adapt to new technologies and procedures. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Specific experience in assembling wind turbine components. * Additional OHS training specific to working at heights or in confined spaces. * Knowledge of welding or machining. * Experience operating aerial work platforms. * Proficiency with diagnostic and measurement tools.
