




Position Summary: We are seeking a Senior Web Developer to lead the evolution of digital platforms, ensure operational stability, and coordinate with internal teams and external vendors. Key Highlights: 1. Cross-functional technical reference for university and CEU Group web projects. 2. Internal technical leadership with autonomy in decision-making. 3. Collaboration in defining and evolving web architecture. The Universidad San Pablo CEU Foundation requires a Senior Web Developer who will serve as a cross-functional technical reference for university web projects and for the evolution of the CEU Group’s digital platforms. The selected candidate will ensure technical continuity, operational stability, and controlled evolution of corporate and university web environments, initially collaborating with external vendors and progressively assuming an internal technical leadership role with decision-making autonomy within their scope. Integrated into the Foundation’s Marketing Department, the selected candidate will carry out the following functions and responsibilities: **Digital Showcase and Operational Continuity of Websites and Landing Pages:** * Ensure correct functionality, availability, performance, and security of websites and landing pages. * Monitor the technical status of web platforms and propose preventive actions. * Serve as first-line technical support for incidents and configuration issues. * Support creation of templates, publication of pages, sections, product cards, and optimized landing pages. **Web Platform and Architecture:** * Participate in defining and evolving the technical architecture of corporate web platforms—and particularly those of the universities. * Ensure proper implementation of development best practices, security, and scalability. * Collaborate in implementing and maintaining solutions based on CMS, headless architectures, and SaaS services—regardless of the specific technology used. **Coordination with Vendors and Internal Teams:** * Act as the primary technical contact point for external development and platform vendors. * Coordinate and supervise technical work performed by third parties. * Collaborate with IT, FUSP Marketing teams, and University Marketing teams on cross-functional topics such as content, SEO, and UX/UI. **Development and Integrations:** * Analyze technical requirements and propose efficient, scalable solutions. * Directly develop, maintain, and evolve critical web functionalities; support or supervise third-party development where appropriate. * Manage integrations with corporate systems (CRM, analytics, marketing tools). * Manage data access; integrate and manage data via relational databases and APIs, including defining related requirements. * Review and test new or existing functionality developed internally or by third parties. **Analytics, Technical SEO, and Measurement:** * Monitor correct implementation of digital analytics and measurement systems. * Support implementation of technical SEO improvements, web performance enhancements, and digital measurement quality. * Planning and Documentation: * Plan tasks technically, estimate effort, and support definition of priorities. * Document technical processes, configurations, and best practices. * Contribute to building an internal technical knowledge base. **Skills and Requirements:** * Extensive experience as a Senior Web Developer, especially in .NET programming, with knowledge of PHP and/or the Sitecore platform. * Solid knowledge of back-end and front-end development. * Organizational ability, work planning, task management, and prioritization skills. * Experience integrating via APIs and web services. * Website layout, development, and maintenance. * Communication and collaboration skills with multidisciplinary technical and non-technical teams. **Desirable Skills and Knowledge:** * Experience—or ability to rapidly acquire expertise—in corporate CMS environments and modern web architectures (e.g., headless environments such as Sitecore XM Cloud or similar). * Basic DevOps knowledge and cloud environments (e.g., Vercel or similar). * Intermediate-to-advanced English level (B2). * Minimum experience: 15 years as a web programmer. Demonstrable experience and track record in developing, implementing, and optimizing web applications. * Relevant education: Higher Vocational Training Degree (Senior Technician in Web Application Development), Computer Engineering.
