We are looking for a person to lead a new brand store at The Style Outlets in San Sebastián de los Reyes, Madrid. **What will you do on a daily basis?** * Schedule staff shifts and manage store hours * Open and close the store * Prepare stock and sales reports to ensure smooth store operations * Serve customers courteously, listening to their needs and offering product advice * Organize and maintain the store, ensuring garments are properly displayed, clean, and tidy * Process sales, handle cash register transactions, and ensure customer satisfaction * Restock inventory by checking the warehouse and fitting rooms to maintain order * Handle returns and exchanges, managing these processes according to company policies * Stay informed about product features and current promotions * Collaborate with the team to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive work environment * Adhere to scheduled working hours, including weekends and public holidays as required **Requirements** * Minimum of **2\-3 years** of prior experience in a similar retail role * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail * Availability to work **40 hours per week**, with flexible scheduling.
