Negotiation and management of contracts with contractor companies, serving as the primary technical liaison. Preparation of progress reports, technical documentation, and other project-related documents. Efficient resource management, including technical staff and external suppliers. The role requires a methodical approach to lead projects from conception through to completion, guaranteeing quality standards and fulfilled commitments.
