TECHNICAL AUDITOR FOR GRANT MANAGEMENT

**Job Requirements** **Responsibilities** * Technical review of files: verification of compliance with procedures and achievement of objectives; project compliance monitoring based on Technical Reports and other documents; technological ICT-based reviews of completed work; verification of correct allocation of budgetary items to ICT activities; etc. * Document review and analysis. * Conducting videoconferences (preferred) or, alternatively, on-site visits to verify achievement of technical objectives. * Preparation of reports and other actions related to the execution of assigned tasks, including issuance of Rectification Requests for identified deficiencies, audit results, procedural guidelines, etc. * Support to the SGA in certification and reimbursement tasks for audited files. * Attendance at follow-up meetings for performed work. * Proposal of key performance indicators (KPIs) to be implemented for program monitoring and justification. Testing of forms implemented on the program management platform or on the IT systems defined to ensure their proper functioning. **Work Experience** **Minimum and Mandatory Requirements** **Qualifications** * Higher Education/Degree: Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or other university degrees, provided that relevant knowledge and experience in ICT technologies and projects are adequately demonstrated.**Minimum required: 2 years** **Experience** * Professional experience in technical monitoring and justification procedures (verification, control, and auditing) of ICT projects within public grant programs. **Minimum required: 2 years.** * Professional experience in national and European regulations concerning public grants and aid, as well as public sector procurement. **Minimum required: 1 year.** * Professional experience with each of the following tools: o Advanced office productivity tools. o Reporting tools enabling rapid generation of reports from real-time data. **Minimum required: 1 year.** * Experience in a minimum of two technical monitoring and justification (verification, control, and auditing) projects for aid programs. **Minimum required: 2 projects.** ***Soft skills*** o *Preference for teamwork, with acceptance of natural leadership.* o *Adaptability to change in environments characterized by frequent evolution.* o *Professional commitment not individually focused but oriented toward the team.* o *Professional and personal empathy.* o *Ability to directly communicate with clients.* o *Goal-oriented mindset and focus on collective success.* o *Autonomy in decision-making based on general guidelines.* o *Verbal and written synthesis capability.* o *Ability to analyze large volumes of documentation.* o *Ability to speak publicly in limited forums.* o *Acceptance of continuous learning as part of one's "personal culture".* o *Rigorous reporting of activities.* **Desirable/Additional Requirements** * Possession of CISA certification. **Desirable: Certified.** * Experience in four technical monitoring and justification (verification, control, and auditing) projects for aid programs. **Desirable: 4 projects.**
