Therefore, we are seeking to incorporate an **HR Technician** at our **Valdemoro** center, whose mission will be to comprehensively manage the labor and HR development area, ensuring legal compliance, proper personnel administration, and employee well-being. **What will you do on a daily basis?** * Labor Management and Payroll: preparation and review of payroll slips and final settlement documents (finiquitos); management of social security contributions (Sistema RED and SILTRA); and processing of incidents (sick leave, births, wage garnishments, advances, variable payments, etc.). * Personnel Administration: maintenance and updating of the personnel database; management and archiving of employment documentation; and tracking of employee files. * Hiring and Social Security Registration: end-to-end management of employment contracts (registrations, cancellations, and modifications); submissions via Contrat@ and Social Security; and monitoring of expiration dates, renewals, and working-hour changes. * External Agency Coordination: preparation of documentation and follow-up on incidents with official agencies. * Regulatory Compliance and Document Management: monitoring of labor legislation and collective bargaining agreements; support during internal and external audits; and collaboration in drafting and updating HR policies and procedures. * HR Department Support and Employee Assistance: supporting onboarding processes; collaborating on cross-departmental HR projects; and responding to employee inquiries regarding labor and administrative matters. **Minimum Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Labor Relations, HR, Labor Sciences, or related field. * Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role, especially in payroll and social security registration. * Knowledge of labor legislation and collective bargaining agreements. * Proficiency in payroll management software and ERP systems (experience with Epsilon is a plus). * Strong command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel. * Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team. * Personal vehicle. **What We Offer** * Stability: join a solid and expanding company. * Flexible Compensation: enjoy benefits including meal vouchers, transport allowances, childcare vouchers, and more. * Employee Card. * Continuous training tailored to the role’s requirements. * 22 working days of vacation and 4 personal days per year. * Work Environment: integration into a close-knit, collaborative, and professional team. * Working Hours: * Winter (September–June): Monday–Thursday, 8:00–15:00 and 15:30–17:00; Friday, 8:00–14:30. * Summer (mid-June–mid-September): intensive schedule from 7:00 to 15:00.
