As part of our positioning as a leading company in the defense sector, we aim to strengthen our team with a Digital Signal Processing \& FPGA Engineer Radar/EW for strategic defense projects.
**What will you do?**
* Design and implement DSP algorithms for EW and RADAR systems, including ADC/DAC calibration, filtering, frequency translation and analysis.
* Collaborate with cross\-functional teams including RF, embedded software and hardware engineers.
* Implement and optimize DSP blocks on FPGA using VHDL, Simulink or HLS.
* Develop fixed\-point, resource\-optimized RTL code from high\-level DSP models.
* Participate in architectural discussions, design reviews and technical documentation.
* Integrate DSP solutions in system\-level EW/RADAR environments.
* Perform RTL simulation, verification, synthesis and timing closure.
* Contribute to advanced sensor architectures for next\-generation radar and EW systems.
* Support technical documentation and design traceability.
* Optimize DSP implementations for performance, area and power.
* Support innovation activities within the CTO Sensors Technology Innovation Center.

* Proven experience in DSP algorithm design and FPGA implementation.
* Experience working in multidisciplinary and international technical teams.
* Solid background in digital communications, DSP and signal processing concepts.
* FPGA programming experience and RTL development skills.
* Knowledge of Python or other scripting languages for simulation and automation.
* Knowledge of RF, IF, dynamic range, filtering and related concepts.
* Interest in the defense sector and advanced sensor technologies.
