Job Summary: We are seeking a Microcomputer Technician to provide user support for BPO and Contact Center services, managing devices and applications. Key Responsibilities: 1. Windows Active Directory team and user management 2. Microsoft Office365 configuration and management 3. Installation and management of workstation applications **Description:** ---------------- We are Servinform! A service company with over 6,000 employees, providing support to more than 1,500 companies in call center, back-office, marketing, document management, networking and telecommunications, IT, and social media services. Currently, we are expanding our team and therefore require a **Microcomputer Technician**, responsible for user support within Servinform’s BPO and Contact Center services. * **Responsibilities:** * Management of teams and users within Windows Active Directory: OUs, GPOs, WSUS, etc. * Configuration and management of Microsoft Office365. * Installation and management of typical workstation applications: antivirus, remote control, inventory, web browsers, email clients, VPN. * Use of ticketing and monitoring tools * **We Offer:** * Permanent contract * Working hours Monday to Friday on rotating shifts: morning (8 a.m. to 5 p.m.) and afternoon (2 p.m. to 10 p.m.). Weekend support is also rotated (once per month) * Annual gross salary: €18,000 (€1,500 gross/month) * Job location: Torrejón de Ardoz, Casablanca Industrial Park. Soto del Henares Renfe station, 15 minutes from our facilities.
