Focus on inspection and documentation, no paperwork A growing architecture firm seeks an **architect** to join its field team in Madrid and Barcelona. We conduct professional inspections and valuations of residential properties for major clients in the real estate sector. We need to strengthen our team and are looking for someone eager to work outdoors—not behind a computer. **### What Will You Do?** Your daily routine will involve visiting residential properties in central Madrid. During each visit: \- Inspect the property’s condition: structure, installations, carpentry, kitchen, bathrooms, electrical panel, windows \- Record a narrated video tour of all rooms \- Take photographs of each relevant element \- Collect measurements and technical data We handle data processing and report generation. Your focus remains on: visiting, observing, and documenting. **### How Many Visits Per Day?** Between **8 and 12 visits per day**, depending on the area and route distribution. Routes are planned to minimize travel time. You receive your daily route with pre-scheduled visits and contact details for each property. \- **Full autonomy**: once trained, you independently manage your workday. **\- Productivity bonus**: The more visits you complete, the more you earn—no cap. **## Requirements** **### Mandatory** \- Degree in **Architecture, Technical Architecture, or Building Engineering** \- Availability to work **onsite in central Madrid** **### Highly Valued (advantage in selection)** \- **Personal motorcycle or scooter**: In Madrid, motorcycles reach any location within minutes and park right at the building entrance. This cuts travel time in half and enables more daily visits (and higher bonuses). If you own a motorcycle, you’ll have a real advantage in the selection process. \- Prior experience in energy certification (CE3X) \- Familiarity with Madrid’s residential housing stock (construction years, neighborhood-specific typologies) \- A proactive, agile person with strong observational skills **## Conditions** \- **Indefinite-term full-time contract** \- **Base salary according to the Collective Agreement for Engineering and Technical Study Offices** (Level 1 — Higher Education Graduate): ~€30,000 gross/year + bonus **Productivity bonus:** paid per visit completed beyond the daily minimum. No cap: the more you do, the more you earn. An efficient architect with a motorcycle can significantly increase their monthly earnings. **Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00–18:00**. No on-call duties or weekend work. \- **Comprehensive training provided by the company**: we teach you the inspection methodology, valuation criteria, and tools. \- **Travel allowance** if using your own vehicle. \- **Immediate start** **## Location** Central Madrid. Visits are distributed across all districts.
