You will manage BIM projects for overhead High-Voltage lines, substations, and underground cabling; coordinate BIM across civil, electrical, mechanical, structural, and protection disciplines; develop and maintain project BIM documentation (BEP, MIDP, MPDT, RACI, CAD/BIM matrices, and procedures); manage the Common Data Environment (CDE) and collaborative workflows; conduct BIM quality control and clash detection (collisions, regulatory clearances, and compatibility with civil alignments), all aligned with the Corporate BIM Team. **What are we looking for in you?** We seek a professional with a degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent, and specific training in BIM methodology (e.g., BIM Manager Master’s degree or similar), with a minimum of 10 years’ experience in the energy or electrical infrastructure sector, including at least 5 years in BIM Coordinator or BIM Manager roles on transmission or High-Voltage projects. Advanced proficiency in Revit (preferably MEP/Structure) and Navisworks is essential, as is experience managing CDE environments (BIM360/ACC/Forma), knowledge of electrical sector regulations, and familiarity with ISO 19650 applied to energy infrastructure. Particularly valued are skills in transmission-specific tools such as OpenBuildings Designer, Civil 3D for line routing, Tekla Structures (for HV towers), and InfraWorks; experience in BIM automation (Dynamo, Python, Grasshopper); cost estimation tools; rendering; and participation in complex power grid, renewable energy, or international interconnection projects.
