We are currently seeking a Training Project Manager – Apprenticeship Workshop for our headquarters in Madrid. Main responsibilities include: * Planning, managing, and supervising the project across all phases to ensure optimal implementation oriented toward achieving its objectives. * Training design and planning: develop training plans tailored to the needs of the target audience and the labor market. Plan, implement, and monitor project stages and activities with defined execution deadlines. * Teaching staff coordination: select, supervise, and support the teaching team, ensuring teaching quality. * Logistics management: advise territorial technical teams on organizing spaces, suppliers, materials, and resources required for training delivery. * Content supervision: ensure training programs are up-to-date, relevant, and accessible. * Technical team coordination: provide guidance, advice, and resolution of queries from technical staff implementing the project on the ground. * Learner support: ensure training is inclusive and adapted to group diversity. * Monitoring and evaluation: analyze training effectiveness/efficiency using impact indicators to verify objective/result achievement and correct possible deviations. * Budget management: control resources assigned to the project and optimize their use. * Project reporting: prepare monthly reports and the final project report. Monitor and manage documentation related to training. * Coordination with funding entity: monitor project progress and outcomes achieved. * Coordination with other departments: collaborate with internal teams and external entities to ensure the success of training projects. * Design, development, and implementation of outreach activities, presentations, and/or communications. Participation in events and networks linked to the project. * Participation in other support tasks related to the program. Offered: * Temporary contract for 6 months. Morning intensive shift. * Salary: €35,607 gross annual. **Profile:** Academic Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree, Diploma, or Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, Pedagogy, or Social Sciences. * Additional training in vocational training and/or advanced knowledge of occupational and professional training for employment is desirable. Experience * Prior experience in launching, implementing, and coordinating occupational training programs, particularly in masonry, carpentry, plumbing, and painting. * Prior experience in planning and delivering occupational health and safety (OHS) training for various occupations, as well as basic domestic repair training. * Experience coordinating technical teams in occupational training. * Experience in both training and business environments, along with knowledge of labor market prospecting and intermediation processes. Languages * Minimum B2 level in English according to the CEFR and/or knowledge of other languages. Specific Knowledge * Knowledge of financial, documentary, and technical reporting. Written communication skills. * Knowledge and experience in international protection and immigration matters.
