Your primary responsibility will be to ensure proper planning, rigorous engineering oversight, and supervision of construction work carried out by the contractor, guaranteeing compliance with the highest quality standards and established timelines. **Key Responsibilities:** * **Project Supervision and Coordination:** Lead the review and coordination of real estate projects during their initial phases, ensuring technical and economic feasibility. * **Engineering Control:** Supervise and validate all studies, drawings, and technical specifications from various engineering disciplines (structural, installations, etc.) to ensure consistency and alignment with the overall project. * **Execution Review:** Conduct thorough monitoring of construction progress, verifying compliance with drawings, technical specifications, and applicable regulations.
