Do you want to lead key initiatives that strengthen organizational process security and efficiency? **ADD YOUR ENERGY TO THE FUTURE!** **What will you do?** You will be responsible for defining, developing, coordinating, and implementing **automation and cybersecurity initiatives** within Global Business Services (GBS), ensuring technological evolution and protection of the organization’s critical processes. Your responsibilities will include: * Driving robotics and automation projects with native cybersecurity integration. * Designing, implementing, and testing security measures across GBS infrastructures and processes. * Analyzing and modeling threats, as well as evaluating cybersecurity incidents using big data and business analytics tools. * Developing, maintaining, and monitoring web services, applications, and robots built by the team. * Coordinating multidisciplinary teams in an international environment, ensuring proper execution of initiatives. * Managing vendors for departmental application development and maintenance. * Participating in national and international automation projects. **What are we looking for?** We seek a candidate with a university degree and a global perspective on the energy sector and economic-financial processes, capable of adapting to a dynamic, technology-driven environment. We need someone with: * Solid knowledge of **cybersecurity**: threats, attack vectors, ethical hacking, cryptography. * Proficiency in technologies such as **Python, RPA, .NET, Java, SAP, SQL, DevOps, Linux, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, ABAP**, among others. * Networking knowledge: proxies, firewalls, SSL, IP configuration. * Experience with web frameworks: **Django (preferred)**, Express, Laravel, Angular, Vue. * Database management and administration: **PostgreSQL (preferred)**, SQL, MySQL. * Data analysis skills: cleaning, modeling, and interpreting large volumes of data. **Functional Knowledge** * Administration and Finance processes: Procurement, Payments, Accounts Receivable, Master Data, Human Resources Administration, Controls, etc. * Experience in multinational environments: Spain, UK, USA, Mexico, Portugal, Italy, France, Ireland, and Germany. * Understanding of systems and data impacting area initiatives. **Languages** * Fluent English (C1).
