We lead the development of cutting-edge technological solutions that strengthen national and international security. **Join our Quality Team!** We are looking for a Quality Engineer for our IT projects within our Quality Department in Alcobendas. **What will you do?** * Manage quality in IT projects, overseeing compliance with defined requirements (functional and non-functional) and implementing quality controls at each stage of development and deployment.\* Plan and lead internal and external audits related to project and IT process management. * Facilitate structured problem-solving activities in your area of responsibility using tools such as 8D, Ishikawa, and 5 Whys. * Manage continuous improvement in technological processes. * Measure and analyze IT project-specific KPIs, such as defect rates, on-time delivery, and customer satisfaction. **What are we looking for in you?** ✅ **Required Experience:** * Degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Aeronautical Engineering, or similar. * 3–5 years of professional experience in quality-related roles within technology projects. * Software quality management: QA, QC, automated testing, frameworks such as Selenium or JUnit. * Development and management methodologies: Scrum, Kanban, DevOps, Lean, Six Sigma. * Technological tools: JIRA, Git, Jenkins, SonarQube, and quality monitoring systems. * Standards and regulations: PECAL, CMMI, ISO/IEC 27001, ITIL, accessibility standards, GDPR, and cybersecurity. **Key Competencies** Effective communication with both technical and non-technical teams. Orientation toward continuous improvement in technological processes. Strong ability to work in multidisciplinary and dynamic teams.
