The internship will take place within the **Technology area**, specifically in the Tech Operations / Audit \& Compliance team. This department focuses on certification, auditing, and process improvement for technological systems, ensuring compliance with standards such as ISO 27001, ISO 20000\-1, or ENS, and their correct implementation in IT, network, and cybersecurity operations. **Training Objectives** This program will enable students to acquire competencies in technological auditing and regulatory compliance: * **Technological Regulations:** Understand standards such as ISO 27001, ENS, or ISO 20000\-1 applied to technological operations. * **Technical Auditing:** Learn the process of reviewing and evaluating technological systems and processes. * **Project Management:** Become familiar with process evolution within technological environments. * **Technology\-Business Alignment:** Understand the connection between technical systems and financial processes. * **Continuous Improvement:** Learn how processes are optimized based on audits and certifications. **Mentoring and Follow\-up** The intern will be assigned a specialized mentor who will: * Define a tailored training plan aligned with the intern’s profile. * Support participation in audits and projects. * Conduct ongoing progress monitoring. * Provide periodic feedback to enhance competency development. **Candidate Profile** **Qualifications:** Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications, Economics, Physics, or related fields. **Competencies and Skills:** * Interest in technological auditing and regulatory compliance. * Analytical ability and attention to detail. * Initiative and proactivity. * Teamwork and organizational skills. **Languages:** * Intermediate\-advanced English (especially technical written comprehension). **Additional assets (positively valued):** * Project management knowledge. * Proficiency with collaborative tools (Jira, Confluence, M365\). * Interest in technological security and certifications.
