We lead the development of cutting-edge technological solutions that strengthen national and international security. **Join our Cyberdefense unit on national and international strategic projects!** As part of our positioning as a leading company in Defense and Security, we seek to incorporate an **Infrastructure \& Deployment Manager**, to participate in the **CYBER MCCE SCOMCE** project, assuming technical leadership of infrastructure in **critical and classified military environments** in Spain, the EU, and NATO. What will you do? * Design, deploy, and evolve **complex ICT infrastructures** (networks, security, processing, and storage) in high-demand environments. * Define and govern the **end-to-end technical architecture**, including: + **On-premise**, private cloud, hybrid, and **edge** infrastructure. + Requirements for **high availability, resilience, and scalability**. * Ensure correct integration of the **cybersecurity architecture**, applying: + Defense-in-depth + **Zero Trust** + Network segmentation + System hardening + Access control and monitoring * Lead **multidisciplinary internal and external teams**, coordinating technology vendors and partners. * Act as the **primary technical liaison** with clients, authorities, and national and international organizations. * Guarantee compliance with **regulations and standards**: ENS, CCN-STIC, NATO and EU standards. * Manage **technical risks**, dependencies, and critical decisions throughout the system lifecycle. * Participate in planning, deployment, operation, and evolution phases of infrastructures. * Availability for **occasional travel**, as required by the project. What are we looking for in you? It is not necessary to meet 100% of the requirements. We want to get to know you and understand what you can contribute. ✅ Degree in **Engineering** (Computer Science, Telecommunications, Systems, Industrial or related fields). ✅ Solid experience in **ICT infrastructure** within **critical, regulated, or classified environments**. ✅ Advanced knowledge of **secure architecture and cybersecurity** applied to infrastructure. ✅ Experience in technical leadership and coordination of multidisciplinary teams. ✅ Ability to manage environments with **high operational and security requirements**. Valued technical knowledge and certifications * VMware, Red Hat, Cisco architectures. * Infrastructure and **hybrid cloud**. * Cybersecurity certifications: **CISSP, CISM, CCSP**. * Management certifications: **PMP, PRINCE2**. Functional knowledge ✅ **Advanced English**, spoken and written. ✅ Availability to work in **Alcobendas**, under a **hybrid model (60% annual remote work)**.
