We seek profiles combining technical expertise and management capability, who wish to further develop their leadership and project coordination skills. **Minimum Requirements** * **Minimum of 3 years’ experience managing projects and teams.** * Participation in **ethical hacking and penetration testing projects** as PM or team leader. * Experience in **planning, scheduling, and project management platforms.** * Knowledge of **standards and methodologies** (NIST, OWASP, CVSS, CIS Controls). * Availability for occasional international travel. * Familiarity with workflows for web, mobile, and infrastructure audits. * Familiarity with auditing, vulnerability analysis, SAST/DAST tools and vendors. * Experience working in hybrid teams comprising staff dedicated to specific clients and staff handling multiple projects. * Experience drafting project tracking documentation and supervising technical reports. **Language Requirement:** * English level **B2**.
