In this role, your key responsibilities will include: * Driving the development of public cloud and on-premises capabilities within the Global – Governance, Risk \& Compliance team across multiple work areas. * Developing automations, scripts, and utilities for the team to support Compliance and Hardening processes. * Working on building a platform for reporting hardening non-compliance issues, as well as creating a framework to help entities prioritize and resolve them. * Supporting Compliance and Hardening processes, including oversight and implementation of detective control frameworks based on industry standards such as CIS, CSA, NIST, etc., using centralized Compliance tools for both public cloud and on-premises environments. * Developing and implementing detective/preventive controls (validations using CSPM and Compliance tools, IaC validations, Config rules, Azure Policies, Google Policies), following risk-based approaches. * Collaborating with CTO Architecture teams and other Cybersecurity towers to coordinate compliance initiatives for both on-premises and public cloud environments. * Participating in PoCs and evaluating new compliance and monitoring technologies for public cloud. * Demonstrating interest in developing technical and managerial capabilities and growing within our team. * Supporting the implementation of Cloud governance mechanisms for entities, including: * Designing security metrics and reports related to the previously mentioned processes. **WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE TEAM** Our people are our greatest strength. The following requirements represent the essential knowledge, skills, and competencies for this role. **Professional Experience** * 2–4 years of experience in IT/Cybersecurity, preferably in public cloud (Mandatory). **Education** * Degree or vocational training program related to information technology and cybersecurity. * Certifications and specialized training in Security (CISA, CSX, CEH, CISSP, OSCP) are valued, as are certifications in the three cloud platforms used by the Group (Security fundamentals, Security Architecture in Google Cloud Platform, Amazon Web Services, Azure). * Certifications, training, or knowledge of development tools and languages (Python, PowerShell, Bash, Power BI, etc.). * Certifications, training, or knowledge of declarative Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) (Terraform). * Certifications, training, or knowledge of GitHub as SCM and GitHub Actions as CI/CD. * In-depth knowledge of scanning tools (Qualys is highly valued) (Mandatory). * Knowledge of CNAPP platforms (Wiz preferred, Sysdig, Prisma Cloud, etc.), cloud controls (Azure Policies, SCPs), and vulnerability management in cloud platforms (AWS Inspector, Defender for Cloud) (Desirable). **Languages** * Advanced English (to analyze technical documentation) and upper-intermediate English to participate in meetings with partners in other countries (Mandatory). **Technical Skills (Hard Skills)** * In-depth knowledge of scanning tools (Qualys is highly valued) (Mandatory). * Knowledge of CNAPP platforms (Wiz preferred, Sysdig, Prisma Cloud, etc.), cloud controls (Azure Policies, SCPs), and vulnerability management in cloud platforms (AWS Inspector, Defender for Cloud) (Desirable). **Interpersonal Skills (Soft Skills)** * Accuracy and attention to detail. * Planning and organization. * Flexibility and adaptability. * Analytical thinking. * Efficient communication. * Resilience. **WE VALUE YOUR IMPACT** Your contribution matters — and we recognize it.
