**Job Description and Responsibilities**
Within the Operations area and reporting directly to the Manager, the Rate Schedule Recording Specialist is responsible for the accurate configuration, updating, and maintenance of rates, nomenclatures, and billing rules in internal systems, ensuring precision in claims processing and correct application of provider-agreed pricing.
**Responsibilities**
* Record, update, and maintain rate schedules, rates, and nomenclatures in corporate systems.
* Validate rate information against contractual agreements with healthcare providers.
* Identify and correct inconsistencies in rates, codes, or configurations.
* Collaborate with Claims, Provider Management, and IT teams to resolve issues related to rate schedules.
* Participate in implementing new electronic billing agreements or rate changes.
* Contribute to documenting processes and keeping procedures related to rate schedules up to date.
* Participate in periodic quality control checks on data recording.
**Requirements**
* Minimum 3 years’ prior experience in health insurance, claims management, or healthcare billing.
* Knowledge of medical nomenclatures.
* Experience recording data and managing rates in operational systems.
* Familiarity with and ability to use claims analytics and reporting tools (e.g., QlikView, Tableau or similar), Salesforce, and Microsoft Office suite (intermediate-to-advanced Excel, including validations, data cross-checks, and quality control).
* Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce or similar).

**What do we offer?**
* Flexible and hybrid work model, with full-time hours Monday–Thursday from 9:00 to 18:15 and Friday from 9:00 to 14:45.
