Manage teams and coordinate technical deliverables. ### **Description** At Izertis, we are looking to expand our team by incorporating a Data Scientist specialized in Generative AI to join one of our most important clients in the Public Sector. **What will your responsibilities be?** * Providing consulting and developing AI services within the functional context of public administration, with a strong technological and innovation focus. * Project management, including preparation, monitoring, and updating of planning documentation. * Team management and communication with other teams to manage expectations, gather requirements, and present results. * Coordination and supervision of all technical deliverables and tasks falling within the scope of the service, including: + Coordination with other system owners within the ecosystem where the platform will be deployed. + Identification of ways to leverage information through artificial intelligence. + Support in defining and analyzing AI-related information systems. + Definition and implementation of processes related to data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL). + Market analysis of platforms and systems related to AI, customer adaptation, and definition of architectures and systems—both on-premise, cloud-based, or hybrid infrastructures. * Ingestion of data from all types of sources, methods, and structures. * Development of data analysis strategies. * Preparation of analysis, design, and development documentation (e.g., user manuals, test plans, requirement traceability documents, etc.) for projects under this service, including logical and physical data models. * Monitoring compliance with methodological and security standards, ensuring adherence to software application security standards. Supporting teams in resolving vulnerabilities. ### **Minimum Requirements** **What are we looking for?** * Minimum general experience of 7 years in IT projects. * Minimum specific experience of 5 years in IT projects performing technological consulting, analysis, design, and development of information systems based on processing large volumes of data or artificial intelligence. * Minimum 5 years of technical consulting experience in Python, including development using libraries across the following three domains: + Big Data (pandas or numpy) + Data Science (scikit-learn) + Data Visualization (matplotlib, seaborn, notebooks) * Minimum 3 years of Python API development experience using FastAPI or Flask, along with OpenAPI or Swagger documentation, in CI/CD environments with pipelines in Airflow, Kubeflow, or Prefect, containerized via Docker and deployed on Kubernetes. * Minimum 3 years of technical consulting experience in Generative AI, particularly on RAG architecture using GPT, LLaMa, or Mistral models, Transformers libraries, fine-tuning techniques, embeddings, and LLM evaluation. * Minimum 1 year of experience in IT projects managing container orchestration, Kubernetes clusters, and observability infrastructure.
