From Quirónsalud’s private hospitals in Madrid, we are looking for **a Selection Technician** to join our **regional offices located in Pozuelo de Alarcón (Ciudad de la Imagen)**. What will be your primary **mission**? To identify and attract talent to fill vacancies requested by various departments, ensuring timely and effective coverage of those vacancies, as well as the proper functioning of the department in accordance with established policies and procedures. What will be your main **responsibilities**? * Publish job openings on various recruitment sources for each process, evaluating the effectiveness of those sources for each assigned process. * Execute the selection process as defined in the department’s procedure, ensuring all stages are correctly carried out: publishing job openings on recruitment sources, resume screening, telephone interviews, candidate scheduling, test/assessment grading, maintaining the selection database, and daily reporting. * Ensure the candidate database remains up-to-date, along with other departmental documentation files and control mechanisms. * Collaborate with the People & Organization department on absenteeism and turnover tracking, talent management, employee retention, exit interviews, and any other tasks as defined. We look forward to welcoming you! **Requirements** -------------- Do you meet the following **requirements**? * University degree in Labor Relations and Human Resources, Psychology, Pedagogy, or equivalent. * Valuable experience of 3–4 years in personnel selection. * Valuable specialized training in personnel selection. * Intermediate level proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Methodical and structured work approach.
