Job Summary: We are seeking a surveyor to perform surveying, setting-out, and measurement control tasks for infrastructure projects in Madrid, ensuring accuracy and compliance with specifications. Main responsibilities include conducting topographic surveys prior to commencement of works to obtain accurate terrain information. Setting-out of axes, levels, and various structures is also required, ensuring full compliance with drawings and technical specifications. During construction, measurements are monitored and controlled to verify that works proceed as planned. Additionally, technical drawings are interpreted, elevations and alignments are supervised, and reports documenting progress and construction details are prepared. This position is critical to project quality and efficient progress, requiring precision and attention to detail at every stage—from planning through to completion. The candidate will work as part of a team on large-scale infrastructure projects, directly contributing to the success of construction works. The working environment values collaboration and the application of precise methodologies to meet the sector’s high standards. Relevant field surveying experience and knowledge applied to construction projects are required. Proficiency in topographic surveying and setting-out techniques is essential.
