




Job Summary: OTRI Department is seeking an Administrative Assistant to manage research projects, update web content, and support research events and communications. Key Responsibilities: 1. Administrative management of research projects. 2. Support in layout design of reports and communications. 3. Collaboration in organizing research events. The OTRI Department seeks to incorporate an Administrative Assistant into its team. ##### **Main responsibilities include:** * Administrative management related to research projects: * Accounting for project expenses and income. * Verifying and requesting invoices and payment receipts allocated to each project. * Efficiently using the UNIVERSITAS XXI project management application. * Updating content on the Nebrija Investiga website. * Registering and deregistering members of Research Groups. * Supporting the layout design of Research Reports, newsletters, and announcements sent to Teaching and Research Staff regarding Projects, Awards, and Calls (Internal and External). * Supporting events and/or research seminars organized by the Office of Research Results Transfer. ##### **Requirements:** * Minimum qualification: Vocational Training in Administration and Finance / Diploma / Bachelor's Degree. * Proficiency in office software applications. * Advanced Excel skills. * Knowledge of accounting and administrative management.
