Job Summary: We are seeking a General Facility Maintenance Technician to ensure the good condition and safety of infrastructure at a rehabilitation center. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ideal environment for users and staff General Facility Maintenance Technician position for a rehabilitation center in Las Rozas de Madrid. The role focuses on ensuring the good condition and safety of all infrastructure, contributing to an ideal environment for users and staff. Responsibilities include conservation and repair of electrical systems, HVAC, plumbing, lighting, boilers, as well as carpentry and locksmithing work. General repairs and pool maintenance will also be carried out to ensure optimal facility operation. A permanent contract is offered with working hours from Monday to Friday, 12:00 to 20:00\. Salary will be determined based on the candidate's experience and qualifications. Proven experience in multi-skilled maintenance (electricity, plumbing, HVAC, etc.). Ability to perform general repairs and basic pool maintenance. Capability to work autonomously and resolve incidents. Commitment to service quality and facility safety.
