We’re looking for people who are determined to make life better for people around the world. **Key Responsibilities:** * Ensure proper review, approval, or rejection of packaged batches. * Ensure applicable local GMP and corporate standards are implemented. * Provide support to the packaging area regarding incidents, projects, etc. * Serve as the point of contact for departments related to the packaging process for managing all quality\-related aspects. * Recommend and initiate quality improvements in Operational Areas, and provide recommendations to the Quality Assurance Operations Lead or any other Quality Unit representative to take action on issues and/or improvements. * Ensure achievement of objectives related to investigation/review and/or approval of actions associated with deviations, changes, complaints, or corrective actions. * Collaborate in fulfilling the annual evaluation program for packaged products at the site, as applicable, following established procedures and standards. * Approve site GMP documents to ensure they meet predefined standards, e.g., procedures, specifications, validations, qualification protocols, reports. * Manage and/or approve, as applicable, changes related to the packaging area. * Ensure timely communication of significant quality issues to the Quality Assurance Operations Lead or, if unavailable, to another Quality Unit representative. * Participate in external audits conducted by Regulatory Authorities, the Corporation, or Contract Manufacturers. **Work Schedule:** Flexible. **Educational Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences (Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biology). **Language Requirements:** Fluent English, both spoken and written (C1\). **Prior Experience:** Not required. **Personal Skills:** * Interpersonal skills: teamwork, customer orientation (internal/external), decision\-making, strong oral and written communication * Organizational skills: ability to prioritize objectives * Technical skills: knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices, quality concepts, and their application in the pharmaceutical industry * Computer proficiency: familiarity with commonly used office software at the user level, as well as knowledge of information systems controlling business processes.
