Position Summary: This position seeks to lead the Pathological Anatomy Unit, ensuring diagnostic quality, operational efficiency, and promoting its development within the Ribera Group. Participate in innovative projects and professional development This position, based in Madrid, aims to lead Ribera Lab's Pathological Anatomy Unit, guaranteeing diagnostic quality and operational efficiency, while driving its development and evolution within the Ribera Group's Biological Diagnostics Area and its Ribera Lab division. ### **Main Responsibilities** * Medical leadership and overall coordination of the pathological anatomy laboratory in Madrid. * Conduct pathological anatomy diagnostic activities, ensuring service-level standards. * Supervise compliance with specialty-specific clinical procedures and guidelines. * Coordinate and develop the tele\-pathology network, fostering sub\-specialization areas. * Efficiently manage service resources and activity to meet center objectives. * Provide clinical support to the molecular pathology laboratory. * Participate in clinical coordination of the Pathological Anatomy Service at Torrejón University Hospital. * Collaborate on commercial initiatives of Ribera Lab's Pathological Anatomy Division. * Report to Management according to established KPIs. * Participate in the implementation and development of a quality management system based on ISO standards. ### **Requirements** * Degree in Medicine with specialization in Pathological Anatomy. * Experience in leading and managing pathological anatomy units will be valued. * In-depth knowledge of pathological anatomy diagnostic techniques and molecular pathology. * Ability to coordinate tele\-pathology networks and innovation projects. * Commitment to quality, continuous improvement, and patient satisfaction. ### **Desired Competencies** * Ability to work in multidisciplinary and collaborative environments. * Proactivity in strategic development and operational improvements. * Commitment to the Ribera Group's values of ethics, care, and healthcare transformation. ### **What We Offer** * Join a leading healthcare group with a stable and growing project. * Continuous training and professional development, with over 120\.000 annual hours across the group. * Work-life balance plans and physical and emotional well-being programs. * Flexible compensation and social benefits. * Participation in innovative projects with high social impact. * An inclusive and collaborative work environment committed to equality and social responsibility. ### **About the Ribera Group** We work to improve people's health and well-being through a sustainable, excellence-oriented healthcare model that combines innovation, ethics, and social commitment.
