Responsibilities include conducting nursing assessments upon admission and periodically, preparing and administering medication according to prescriptions, and delivering palliative care including morphine management. Care plans, wound dressings, and pharmacological protocols are also validated, and auxiliary staff activities are supervised. Furthermore, resident progress is documented in the medical record, moral and psychological support is provided, and family inquiries are addressed. Another duty involves performing INR tests and monitoring Sintron levels, with dosage adjustments as prescribed by the physician. An indefinite-term, full-time (100%) contract is offered, with rotating shifts or a fixed night shift, with immediate start.
